The 7th Scientific Congress of Vietnam Association of Orthodontists & The 16th World Implant Orthodontic Conference will officially take place from July 25 to 27, 2025, at The Adora Center, 431 Hoang Van Thu, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
This is the largest orthodontic event in Vietnam, bringing together speakers, experts, and orthodontists from both Vietnam and around the world. Within the framework of the conference, the E-Poster Forum is a vibrant and engaging activity, attracting a large number of young orthodontists.

The E-Poster Forum at VAO-WIOC 2025 offers a platform for talented young orthodontists to shine and gain international recognition.
The awards are designed to encourage and foster continuous development in scientific research and clinical case reporting within the orthodontic field.
This is also a valuable opportunity to network with leading experts and fellow professionals in Vietnam and internationally.
Eligibility for the E-Poster Forum – VAO-WIOC 2025
Applicants must be involved in the field of orthodontics, and be either postgraduate/resident students or young orthodontic professionals under the age of 40.
Award Structure
The VAO-WIOC 2025 Scientific Committee will select outstanding submissions in two categories: Scientific Research & Clinical Case Reports, which will advance to the Final Round at the conference.
Finalists will present their work before a judging panel.
Three prizes will be awarded for each category, with a total prize value of up to USD 7,000, equally divided between the two categories:
🥇 1st Prize: USD 2,000
🥈 2nd Prize: USD 1,000
🥉 3rd Prize: USD 500

- March 1, 2025: Online portal opens for abstract and case report submissions
- May 10, 2025: Abstract submission deadline
- May 30, 2025: Final submission deadline
